Yoon Jong Shin is a Korean ballad/pop/R&B singer-songwriter. He made his debut as a guest vocalist of the band 015B in 1990 by singing “In an Empty Street.” While actively participating in the production of all 015B’s albums, Yoon Jong shin consistently presented his own style of music. For his first three albums, Jong Shin worked with other composers and the albums were filled mainly with ballads. However from the 4th album onward, he made his own albums with his own style of ballad songs that are neither generic nor banal. He also sings and produces R&B/pop music. Yoon Jong-shin’s music can be described as comforting and lyrical.
